Siyavuya is an a property development consultant with a distinguished 15-year career in the property sector, including nine years in executive leadership. She currently serves as the Administrator for the Association of College and University Housing Officers International – South African Chapter (ACUHO-I SAC), a voluntary role she has held since July 2015.

In her capacity as Administrator, she is responsible for running the association’s office and providing essential support to the Executive Board. This service has substantially benefited her professional growth within the student accommodation sub-sector in South Africa, a field in which she continues to expand her expertise.

She has played an instrumental role in shaping large-scale real estate portfolios across South Africa, leading high-profile developments in student housing, commercial real estate, and strategic infrastructure assets. Her expertise spans the entire property lifecycle, from identifying high-potential acquisitions and rigorous feasibility assessments to construction oversight, managing operational strategies, and risk mitigation.
